Fees:
An administration fee is payable for our services. This fee is a broker fee and represents the costs we need to cover in assisting you in arranging the finance contract, sourcing, and delivery of your new vehicle. The fee of £275 plus VAT (or £275 VAT inclusive for private individuals), is payable at the point you instruct Skyfleet Limited to place a vehicle order on your behalf. This will only take place once the finance has been approved and a vehicle to your specification has been located.
The fee can be paid either by debit or credit card, or by BACS payment. No additional fees will be charged for debit or credit card payments.
There are no additional fees payable to secure your new vehicle and Skyfleet Limited will not charge for any additional services throughout the duration of your contract, it is all part of the service we offer.
Cancellation rights:
We are aware that circumstances may change once your order has been placed. You wouldn’t expect to be held to account for a vehicle if the delivery dates move significantly or if the manufacturer increases the price, or if rentals increase because of a change in taxation. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order prior to delivery & have already paid us your arrangement fee, we will refund this in full to you within 7 days of receiving your notification. Any refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to pay the fee, or direct to the bank account if paid by BACS or cheque.
