Unlike most of our competitors - We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you cancel your order prior to delivery and have already paid us your arrangement fee, we will refund this in full to you within 7 days of receiving the notification. Any refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to pay the fee, or direct to the bank account if paid by BACS or cheque.
Quite simply - we recognize that between ordering and taking delivery of your new vehicle, a lot can change! You wouldn't expect to be held to account for a vehicle on which delivery dates changed or worse still, variations in rental due to changes to taxation?
We also recognize that customers are under ever-changing climactic financial pressure - we are working hard to protect your right to cancel, regardless of whether you are a business or regulated private customer.
